American Flyer Seaboard #970

Smitty the walking brakeman spent 1956 and 1957 walking the roof of this Tuscan-painted Seaboard Boxcar.  The car was lettered in white, and the brakeman on the roof had blue pants, shirt, hat and a red bandana.  The hands and face of the brakeman were painted in flesh color.

The condition of this box car is a C-7, excellent based on visual inspection according to TCA standards.
