What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an upcoming item before it arrives in stock.
When placing a pre-order, a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout. This deposit secures your reservation with the manufacturer. The remaining balance will be invoiced once the item is ready to ship.
Pre-order deadline (catalog due date)
The pre-order deadline is the final date we can guarantee a reservation with the manufacturer.
Orders placed before the deadline are prioritized and typically guaranteed, subject to manufacturer allocation.
Orders placed after the deadline are accepted only if inventory remains available.
Binding commitment
Once you submit a pre-order and receive a confirmation email, your reservation is conditional until the pre-order deadline.
After the deadline passes, your pre-order becomes a binding commitment to purchase.
Cancellations are not accepted after the deadline, as we have already submitted our purchase order to the manufacturer and your unit is allocated specifically to you.
If the manufacturer cancels the item or reduces the allocated quantity, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amounts paid, including the deposit.
Estimated release date
All release and arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are estimates only. These dates may change due to production or shipping delays. We will update you as new information becomes available.
How fulfillment works
Place your pre-order and pay the 20% deposit at checkout.
When the item arrives or is ready to ship, we will email an invoice for the remaining balance plus shipping.
Payment window: the remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Once paid, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
If you have multiple pre-orders with different release dates, items will ship separately as they become available and are paid.
Pricing
We aim to honor the price shown at the time you place your pre-order.
If the manufacturer increases wholesale pricing before release, we will contact you with the option to accept the new price or cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund.
If the price decreases before we invoice the remaining balance, we will pass the savings on to you.
Allocation & limits
Manufacturer allocations are limited.
Pre-orders placed before the deadline are fulfilled first.
If allocations are reduced, fulfillment is based on order date and time.
If an item is fully cancelled by the manufacturer, your pre-order will be cancelled at no cost and all payments will be refunded.
Shipping & handling
Shipping charges are applied when the remaining balance is invoiced.
Standard handling time after final payment is 1–2 business days.
