Order Cancellation Policy
Orders containing pre-order, special order, reserved, warehouse fulfillment, or dropshipping items may be canceled only before shipment processing begins.
Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, assigned to a supplier, warehouse, distributor, dropshipping partner, or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Pre-order release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
Traintiques reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to orders affected by pricing errors, inventory issues, manufacturer allocation changes, supplier availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Customers requesting order cancellations may be subject to payment processing fees, non-refundable transaction fees, or other applicable charges.
