Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • If you want in-stock items shipped immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Traintiques is not responsible for manufacturer production delays, allocation reductions, or cancellations.


5. Combined Orders

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items:

  • The order may be held until all items are available.

  • Partial shipments may be issued at Traintiques’ discretion.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.


6. Packaging & Protection

We understand the importance of condition for collectors.

Traintiques takes extra care in packaging:

  • Limited editions

  • Vintage collectibles

  • Fragile items

  • Factory-sealed products

Packages are carefully protected to minimize damage during transit.

However, minor shelf wear or manufacturer packaging imperfections may occasionally occur.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may take time to appear.


8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Traintiques is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost or delayed:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
