Lionel Pre War #238E Steam Locomotive and Tender #265W

Lionel offered the #238E Steam Locomotive in 1936-1938.  This 4-4-2 Locomotive run smooth forwards, backwards and neutral.  This Locomotive comes with the 265W Tender that works well.

The condition of this Locomotive is C-7, the tender is a C-6.
