Lionel Pre War #1684 Steam Locomotive without tender

Lionel offered the #1684 Steam Locomotive in 1941-1942.  This 2-4-2 Locomotive run smoothly forwards, backwards and neutral.  This Locomotive does not come with a tender.

The condition of this Locomotive and Tender is C-6.
