Lionel offered the #681 Steam Locomotive in 1952. The RR stands for rerun of the 681 from 1950-1953. This 6-8-6 Locomotive run smooth forwards, backwards and neutral. This locomotive does not come with 2046W tender that was originally mated with the 681.
The condition of this Locomotive and Tender is C-6, it does have a large gouge on the cab.
