Lionel #151 Post War Semaphore Signal

Lionel offered the Semaphore Signal #151 from 1947.  This Semaphore Signal has a black base and yellow blade and has been inspected and tested to work as it should.

Based on visual appearance, this Crossing Signal is graded as a C-6.
